Today I noticed something about this little girl Damaries. She looked disoriented and poorly. After taking her to the lovely Nickie Jane, we found out that she was suffering from a hernia, chest infection and dehydration. After a lovely sugary lolly and half a bottle of water, her eyes were beaming once more. I had to had a few moments on my own, she is such a beautiful young girl and doesn’t deserve this.
Our fourth day at Mama Kerry’s School and time is going quickly. We are continuing building the kitchen, with the corrugated sheets up and windows in. Reece has measured up, ready for guttering and more importantly we have been spending with the amazing children.
Even through the conditions they live in on a daily basis, the children of Mama Kerry School always clean their hands before dinner.
