Today we celebrate men's achievements and contributions, in particular for their contributions to nation, society, community, family, marriage, and childcare. Happy International Men’s Day.

Wow! Simply wow! What an incredible group meeting tonight. Massive thank you to the Paul Lavelle Foundation who raise awareness and to support male victims and survivors of male domestic abuse. Cannot praise what they are doing enough. We look forward to working with you more in the future.

Also, a very important discussion on the signs and symptoms of prostate cancer. More than 47,500 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that's 129 men every day. Every 45 minutes one man dies from it, that's more than 11,500 men every year. It also means that 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed in their lifetime.

“Death divides but cannot take away loves greatest gift. Remembrance.”

Albert Charles Jeeves died on Sunday 25 March 1945.He is the 2nd Great Uncle of ‘For Men To Talk’ founder Luke Newman and is buried at the Goirle Roman Catholic Cemetery, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands.

Today we remember him and the millions of the armed forces who have died in the line of duty. We thank them.
