It shows the importance of men talking and not feeling ashamed to express their feelings. Something ‘For Men To Talk’ is trying to promote.

When you are unhappy and your mental health is suffering, it's time to make changes to improve the situation. Although it is very sad that Little Mix's Jesy Nelson has announced that she is leaving the group after 9 years, she has found it difficult to cope with the immense pressure she was under.

Here at 'For Men To Talk' we applaud her for her honestly, wish her well in her recovery and look forward to seeing what is next for her.
